Huh, the weather got noticeably colder, this tree changed color literally over night, my insomnia has kicked it up into overdrive, startinng day 4 almost no sleep whatsoever and my tinnitus (ringing ears) is unavoidable now… Thought I had another 30 years before changes in seasons would affect me.
